Incredible changes to the PSLF program; Can Adjuncts Participate? Unclear!

The PSLF program has been changed to be more inclusive but there is a catch. Under the new rules, any prior payment made will count as a qualifying payment, regardless of loan type, repayment plan, or whether the payment was made in full or on time. All you need is qualifying employment.

All ... you need ... is ... a qualifying employment.

Can adjuncts get their employment qualified? NOPE. Why not? Because the PSLF form employers fill out to qualify adjunct faculty still DOES NOT have the critical information on it to accommodate the unique way the education field quantifies number of hours work. 

Come to think of it, what is the education field doing about this situation? Afterall, aren't adjuncts their employees? Perhaps it's time to add the Presidents of major universities to this petition.
