VIDEO UPLOADED FROM THE SACRAMENTO SUPERIOR COURT- CHILD SUPPORT COURT

To my supporters: I've just upload a video from the Sacramento Superior Courts William Ridgeway Family Courthouse-Child Support Court Room, Dept. 127. This video will give you a clear explanation of my petition. A Child Support Commissioner's limited authority is to adjudicated child support ONLY! Unless, child custody issues in relation to visitation, etc can only be adjudicated by stipulation of the parties. In my case, a CHILD SUPPORT COMMISSIONER assigned to Dept 127, trespassed on the fundamental rights and violated my due process by stripping custody from the mother, to the father whereby he lack subject matter jurisdiction. Please, share this petition to have the U.S. Office of the Inspector General- Health and Human Services investigate, Govt. wasteful spending, misappropriation of TITLE IV-D funds, socio-economic bias, due process violations and discriminatory practices.
