With every signiture, we prove that it isn't just a few people who demand change in immigration policy.

There shouldn't be an insentive to enter the United States illegally for the faster processing times while a law-abiding citizen like myself must wait an now estimated 29 months just to have my wife enter the first stage of the immigration process legally.

USCIS currently doesn't process people based on whether or not they entered the United States legally. This is an issue, as so many illegal immigratns are scrambling to become documented while my wife waits in Brazil.

Tell me why my Brazilian attorney wife who is fluent in English and has legal work waiting for her in the United States should have to wait behind foreigners who have no ties to the United States citizens? On top of that, why does USCIS not discriminate based on whether or not the applicant entered the United States illegally to begin with?

I will be calling Jimmy Patronis' office tomorrow morning along with sending the office an email containing this petition. I will continue to call and send emails as this petitioin grows in numbers.

Tomorrow afternoon I will call local news stations, and I will have cards printed out.

Let's get this petition to 1,000 signitures!
