To prevent unneccessary animal suffering in labs, farming and hunting, Following the failure of the House of Commons to support the transfer of the EU Protocol on animal sentience in Article 13 of Title II of Lisbon Treaty into UK law, we demand primary legislation making all animals legally "sentient beings" in UK law.
