Default national speed limit in Wales to become 20 mph

The following news article explains that next year the default speed limit in Wales built-up areas will become 20 mph.

Acol Parish Council will meet at 11.00 on Monday 25th July to consider, among other matters, the Parish Highways Improvement Plan (HIP) and the required measure to set village speed limits to 20 mph.
