Thank you to everyone for your continued support. We're now up to nearly 1,000 signatures and growing daily. We encourage everyone to come out and support us at our rally tomorrow:
The rally will be on Thursday, November 1st at 7:30 am. The address is 15445 Lansdowne Road. A few notes on this:
- Please be respectful and courteous. We want this to be a large successful yet peaceful rally.
- There will be a few parents walking kids to school if you would like to participate to ensure that they can safely line up while you participate.
- We’re encouraging people to bring signs to support this. There are several groups creating them.
- Please invite your friends/neighbors/family, etc. We really want this to be successful.
Our movement is garnering more and more attention. As a result, the Village of Hope forced the City Manager's Office and the Mayor yesterday to release a statement yesterday in an attempt to quell our movement.
The City of Tustin has had a complete lack of transparency on this issue and we need to remind them that their interest should be first and foremost protecting children. They are our future and they are the most vulnerable. They created this situation by not garnering community feedback and as such we're remaining firm that they find another location.
