Removal of Fallon Danielle Blackwood from Tuskegee's Veterinary Program

Removal of Fallon Danielle Blackwood from Tuskegee's Veterinary Program
The Issue
This woman should not be allowed to work with animals or pet owners. She has violated the Code of Conduct of Tuskegee University with her actions.
Exerpt from news article:
"A Tuskegee University veterinary student accused of promising to love and care for re-homed horses and instead selling them to slaughterhouses was arrested at a weekend rodeo in Blount County."
"Blackwood has been released from the Blount County Jail after posting $15,000 bond. She’s returned to vet school. Blackwood on Tuesday declined comment and court records do not yet list an attorney for her. A call to Tuskegee University officials for comment was not returned."

This woman mislead horse owners into selling her their horses, telling them that they would have a loving forever home. Instead she was selling these horses to be slaughtered. In at least one instance she signed an agreement with an owner which was broken. She is facing criminal charges for her actions. However, she is still enrolled in Tuskegee University's Veterinary program. Someone like this has no business getting a veterinary degree, working with animals and their owners.
According to Tuskegee University's Code of Conduct, which can be found in the Student Handbook (https://www.tuskegee.edu/Content/Uploads/Tuskegee/files/Student%20Affairs/TU-Student-Handbook-2017-2018(Revised).pdf):
"A student found in violation of the offenses listed below is subject to sanctions reigning from a warning/reprimand to suspension."
"20. Conduct inappropriate for a Tuskegee University student. This is conduct, which may bring disfavor upon the University. Additionally, students may be sanctioned for conduct which constitutes a hazard to the health, safety, or well-being of members of the University community; or which is detrimental to the University's interest, whether such conduct occurs on-campus, off-campus or at university-sponsored events."
"34. Off-Campus Misconduct. Any student who violates community law regulation off-campus, so as to bring negative report upon himself/herself and the University, shall be in violation of the Campus Codes of Conduct and punishable as shall be determined."
Let the Tuskegee University know what you think of this woman's actions. We are calling on them to issue a University Expulsion which is a permanent separation from the University without the right of readmission.
