Petition still on.

We excluded the petition in our last update. This was because we thought Turkey is to much of a military strategy post, to loose for the West. We have changed our perception again, and think more of the Turks as being a danger for the West, then a military partner. Hence the petition is still open, and above 5.000 signs, we will deilver the petition.
