Simple...they dont deserve to be a minister pr deputy minister if they cannot speak a correct and fluent Bahasa Malaysia. They may make a wrong decision for Malaysia if they dont really understand Bahasa Malaysia.. a national language. And we Malaysian also have a diffulties to understand what they are talking about during A parliment session. To be a minister/deputy, Can speak a fluent Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
