With news that Jill Stein's recount efforts have been rendered unsuccessful in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, and President Obama's press conference not really making any declarations on the matter, the Electoral College, already an extremely improbably option, is our last chance. We know you're all exhausted. The Electors vote in three days, and then this national nightmare is behind us (or just beginning). I am a huge fan and longtime supporter of President Obama but his statements today indicate he is not going to respond in any way impactful way (either that, or I am aiding and abetting him in his cover, so either way, please share from this evening in HuffPo Politics.) It appears the only last option for the American electorate (absent a legal challenge mounted by the Clinton campaign) is the electoral college.
