I first stood in front of the commissioners in April 2016 and like you I wish I knew why we were still waiting. I do know that the commissioners seem to be very resistant to this change and one of their concerns is the hunters that chain their Dogs in Troup County and people that cannot afford fencing. I’ve asked at the people be given at least two years to comply and I also started a nonprofit organization that builds fences for people that cannot afford pets while I cannot help everyone I am at least trying to help the people that I can. I do not feel that Hunter should be given a pass to treat their dogs inhumanely. Please please continue to send your emails and call them this is the only way we are going to get change in Troup County Georgia. If you have any questions for me I can be contacted on Facebook Evie Brad Mosqueda Kettler, emos42@aol.com my number is(706) 333-7101. There are a lot of dogs chained out 24/7 in my county and the only thing I want to see are things be better for these innocent animals that do not have a voice. It is a shame that I am having to beg for humane treatment of these dogs.
