Some of you may know I have been working on the tethering ordinance since April 2016. The Troup county commissioners will finally be discussing tethering on Thursday 8/31 at 9am. After that in about 3-4 weeks Dexter Wells and Todd Tentler will be putting together an ordinance of what they think it should say to present to the commissioners.The dogs in Troup county have been chained for too long. Without an outpouring of support I fear nothing will change. Please find it in your heart to find the time to come to the meetings or if you can't make the meetings please email your commissioners.
