NOT JUST A UTAH PETITION

I'm discovering plenty of people are looking, I have 44 views and only 17 signatures. I'm wondering if it's because it looks like a Utah petition. Let me clarify. I live in Utah, and therefore, I need to send this to my local reps. since I can actually visit them if they decide not to investigate.
