ATO appeals AAT decision to award Sole Trader JobKeeper

The ATO will appeal a decision by the AAT to award JobKeeper eligibility to a Sole Trader. Accountants Daily has reported the ATO will appeal the case to the full bench of the federal court.

This decision will no doubt disappoint the many business owners and their employees who may have hoped to rely on the case to secure their own belated eligibility for the JobKeeper scheme.
