Gathering momentum

I started this petition because once again I nearly got sideswiped by another novice UK private hire driver in a Prius/Galaxy.. It's only because of my experience that he didn't hit me and quite frankly I've had enough.. I also believe that the taxi drivers have been treated very unfairly, they've shown their loyalty and I think TFL should repay it...
