£78000 Overcharged!

You probably saw in the news today, or heard on the radio that £78000 has been raised in these fees above the daily cap now. TfGM have refunded some people but still refuse to change the policy of not including the incomplete journeys in the cap! This means people are still getting overcharged in the first place. It’s very important to keep the pressure on so please share the news stories along with the petition. Thanks so much for your help!
