Chief Minister agrees to a key demand in order that Doctors get confidence to resume work. Court reiterated that no adverse action of any nature shall be taken for doctors participating in the protests and a confidential system be devised to address their issues and for counseling. 

The matter of investigating the exact case is slow because state police has submitted only 27 minutes of CCTV footage out of the 5 or 6 hours after matter was reported and post mortem done and the interruptions in the related area. They cited system issues as a cause. 

Role of Police is yet to come under discussion. 

This petition is to urge the authorities to make the working of police transparent and accountable for "enabling" and "expediting" the investigation process in an impartial manner so judges can deliver the judgement faster by relying on exhaustive and systematic work done beyond any doubt.
