We expected that the case will start to hit bumps, evidence hard to gather or comprehend and dates started to be given by SC. Didn't we ?
In case you got busy to follow up the case in Live hearing, in yesterday's hearing by Supreme Court :
- CBI said it's unable to connect the dots.
- The awaited report on lie detector tests not tabled yet
- Doctors are not willing to resume work, they are risking action by state Govt. but are very steadfast in achieving really what they ask for and not just platitudes and claims on paper.
- Isn't it commendable that Doctors are risking their careers to get full justice and safety actions ?
So, for the general public and cutizens, least we can do :
Let us continue to track the case, discuss it and not feel disheartened about the slow progress.
This is THE TIME to show resilience and support.
Let this case not get off the radar of our National Conscience.
Granted, daily there are more cases of gruesome and mindless rapes being reported, but until Supreme Court takes full cognizance of why we are unable to make progress in the most talked about heinous case in 2024, then what hope do those in interiors can live with, despite their added baggage of difficult reach, caste prejudices, economic deprivation and the general bias of overpowering hatred against women and girls who don't give in to their demands ????
Keep spreading the word,
Keep the case alive,
Keep praying to see the Light,
Vow not to let go no matter how many more days, weeks and months it takes Supreme Court to bring accountability of the police systems to the general public of India, without fear, favour and having to revolt.
