There are 117 policemen per lakh population in Madhya Pradesh.

The common man has also failed to discharge his moral and social responsibilities.

  Just making a sensation by making a video is not enough to fulfill your civic responsibility  

Where did the cowardly crowd of Hindu-Muslim fights, the fighters of various organizations, the experts of road rage hide when this incident was happening? Why was the rapist not stopped when it was time to make the video?

The common man is the police by law.

 The philosophy of community policing is that the policeman is the citizen in uniform and the citizen is the policeman without uniform.

The process by which anti-social behavior and minor crimes are reduced.

 Would it be appropriate to point fingers only at the government and administration?

....... can we just sit and wait for justice to happen by itself ? Let the weak, abused and marginalized fight their own lonely battles for justice, fighting also unscrupulous elements who thwart the very process of investigation and punishment? 

Or we can gather to support for DRASTIC change in Indian investigation process. If this process is made strong enough to protect the weak,  then only can act as a deterrent for the criminals.
