Hello! This is an overdue update that a new sign is now proudly displaying "Yik Oi Huang Peace and Friendship Park" in Visitacion Valley. We could not have done this without your support. Thank you!

Yik Oi Huang, Sasanna's grandmother—whose name means Abundant Love—was tragically attacked at this site. While the park now carries her name, our work is not done. This project has always been about turning a place of loss into a place of healing, joy, and connection.

Now, we need your help with another petition before Thursday 3/26. We are seeking $1.5 million in funding from the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department’s Community Opportunity Fund to transform Yik Oi Huang Peace and Friendship Park into a safe, welcoming, and vibrant community space for Visitacion Valley.
