The minute I filed a federal law suit against Bank of America, and 3x with the EEOC is when judge Sarang conveniently decided to re-open my 6 year debt collection unenforceable lien on 1/2024

she was made aware in open court of the way I was being treated with the processors and how they put duck tape on my door of all of my motions!! How they would bang on my door after hours and tell me to open up impersonating a sheriff!  I even reported it to the Elburn police. 
She also was aware of my disability and chose to ignore my repeated attempts to dismiss my case. 
She also allowed a debt collector to freeze my long term disability lump sum pay out at 18k from MetLife 
I pleaded with her, Bank of America , and the debt collecting attorneys to please give me access to my disabilty money as I am exempt from garnishments and provided them with my approval from MetLife, along with a page from the state of Illinois on what is exempt from garnishments gave them a list of items. 
She then decided to file a motion for a rule to show cause? 
I have not been served that motion? 
On 2/14/25 I filed a motion once again to dismiss and listed all the reasons why, and also filed an emergency sanctions for me to get my 18k back.
I also e mailed, and requested assistance via ADA in e filing, to be notified on important court dates, allowing me to only do zoom calls due to my domestic with my ex husband, giving me additional time, assisting me with completing documents, providing me with the courts transcripts so that I can prove that she was fully aware, and the attorney too that what they were doing to me is exploitation of a disabled domestic survivor who is a resident of their county.   
Chief Justice Villa cancelled the rule to show cause from Judge Sarang. 
On May 20th the judge agreed with me in court that my money was improperly frozen by her, and Bank of America 
 
May 20th 

I Lamphier Kane County middle aged Hispanic domestic survivors disability rights violated and put in Jail!! for asking for an accommodation was tricked into coming into court and told I would be getting my 18k back that was illegally frozen from Bank of America 
Upon leaving the court room I went downstairs to exit out of the building. 
I was immediately met by a big tall black lady, and 2 other sheriffs telling me that there is a body writ! 
They immediately put tight handcuffs on me and took me downstairs where I was felt up by a female officer. My cell phone, and all my stuff was taken from me!! 
I was crying and told them that this is a big mistake that Judge Villa had cancelled my rule to show cause march 11!!
I was also put in hand, and leg shackles 
I told them that I have 2 cervical fusions and diagnosed with PTSD caused by my employer. 
I was transported to St Charles jail where I was stripped naked in front of an officer, put in a room that smelled of urine, and then I was moved to female jail were I was put in isolation for over 8 hours with no food, or drink! 
I was made to use the bathroom with no privacy whatsoever. 
I kept pressing the button to have someone allow me to make phone calls and was denied that too 
My body writ was set for 120k!! 
I have been treated worst than a criminal for speaking up about Kane County’s corruption. 

My sister who lost her husband of 35 years to kidney cancer who runs a small business had to pull out of her small business the only money she had of 10k! 
My daughter also who is a young Married mother of 2 also had to leave her job and give my sister 2k to bail me out! 
This county has violated my ADA rights, and has caused me to be traumatized over putting me in jail! 
I will never be the same person. 
I am so embarrassed that my family, friends, and neighbors know because I have a mug shot for the world to see this is how you are treated in Kane county if you assert your rights, and issue motions to call out the incompetent judge and unethical debt collector. 

This is a judge who is incompetent, and is responsible for more than 500% foreclosures the highest in the entire state!
