Wellpath Recovery Solutions is the healthcare organization caring for the Massachusetts most vulnerable population at Bridgewater State Hospital. Wellpath is   known for extremely poor leadership as well as  massive health and dental care failures.    

The ongoing neglect and abuse need to stop!!!  The Massachusetts Department of Corrections renewed Wellpath’s contract in June 2025 for five additional years. This will cause further tragedies. 

Wellpath Recovery Solutions filed bankruptcy in November 2024, then quickly changed its name to Recovery Solutions. The same leadership remains in place at Bridgewater State Hospital.  

Extremely poor health and dental care persist. Leadership is status quo and not being held accountable.  Wellpath, prior to the bankruptcy filing had 1500 lawsuits, contributed to over 70 deaths and received thousands of complaints across the United States.
