This is Raghvendra Shekhawat and I'm from Jaipur, Rajasthan. I'm using hathway since my childhood whenever I had an issue I directly connect to my cable operator.

But, unfortunately after Digitalization happened in my city Jaipur. The service is become more pathetic.

See, this is not only my issue it's all hathway subscribers issue. Sometimes cable won't come, sometimes the cable wala is not resolving the issue.

I have 3 hathway connection 1 is HD and other two are SD connections. I'm paying more than ₹500 pm in my city Jaipur just to enjoy HD channels. But, what happened there is only 24 HD channels and on other hand no new HD channels has been added and if added they have replaced old HD channels. Like as of now Star Sports SELECT HD1 is added than, NGC People has been removed. And, also this channel is free till July 2017 from broadcasters end. But, charging for it also.

According, to my research in Mumbai, hathway HD is providing 50+ HD channels. Whereas in my city Jaipur only 24 in which 23 is visible.

And, more thing according to TRAI rule your 2ND TV charges are less as compared to first TV but, didn't get that type of pack too in my 2nd & 3rd connection.

I just want that hathway improve its service and work to revert to mail and call done to it.
