Now a days, all most all operators start advertising their offers to all customers while making a call. This is so annoying and putting the purpose in danger. 

In case of emergencies, each minute is critical. The call connecivity is getting delayed because of this 20 sec. pre-recorded advertising voice, which users has not choice to escape. I request the TRAI or whoever reponsible to control this.

Escepically for the women who are in emergency or in face of danger, want to convey or talk to the near one's, even in that case, they can't connect the call without hearing this 20s advertising call. 

This is true with Uninor, Vodaphone, Airtel all most all the mobile operators.    Please stop advertising while calling a number.
