Higher call drop rates, no proper mobile internet coverage, no network coverage, calls getting muted during an on-going call - All these issues are faced by customers of various mobile service providers in India. Recently I filed a complaint with JIO regarding this and they said "We dont have a mobile tower site established in that area" and this area is one of the prime locations in the city! 

As a middle class customer we pay the amount as a pre-paid recharge and once its done no one from the service provider bother about your issues. 

Service providers should refund the amount if they find that the user's base location is not properly covered with decent network.
