Vodafone falsely promises updates on case ever day but no action taken till now !

Since the 15th of October Vodafone has just given false assurances that they will investigate the matter but nothing has been done till date ! The Nodal demonstrated it's unfairness on the 21st itself when despite barring my calls they decided to deactivate my number. There is no co-ordination between their teams. Sunil Kumar from Nodal team even recently refused again to change his stand on the matter and declined to investigate the matter. But Vodafone Social Media team all along is saying everyday- "We have already notified our team and will call you to share an update on the same." But in all these days there has been no updates on the case or a suitable resolution to resolve the matter fairly.I have told them that I do not want updates calls or unfair resolutions ! I want action ! I demand a fair resolution and not an unfair decision based on one- sided feedback ! And I prefer written communication. They are just trying to test every customer's patience whose number has been deactivated. But I will keep on at it !
