Vodafone avoiding investigation of the matter !

Just received a message from them on their social media page asking me to complete a survey form. Instead of addressing the escalated complaint , they are asking me to fill up survey forms. They are just deviating from the matter! I have already given a lot of feedback on my unpleasant interactions with them and written so many reviews. What else is required for something to be done ?
