Thank you to everyone signing and/or sharing this petition! I know it's scary to sign it if you're a current employee, to have your name attached to this. I don't want anybody to lose their job because of this, so please don't feel bad if you can't bring yourself to sign! You can still support by sending this to your friends and family to sign in your place! Trader Joe's can't fire someone that doesn't work for them! However, I do truly believe in power in numbers. And the more people who sign it, the harder it would be to justify potentially firing that many people. I believe in this cause, and I want to fight for my fellow coworkers, so if I lose my job for starting all of this, then so be it. But, I haven't talked to a single TJ's employee who has been happy with the way we've been treated these last 2 years. If enough of us are brave enough to speak together, maybe change is genuinely possible. I know reputation is something Trader Joe's holds very near and dear. Being known for how well they treat their employees while treating us the same as any other faceless corporation does behind the scenes and making us feel like we shouldn't or can't speak out about it is a very interesting thing that I'm sure many die hard TJ's fans would like to know about.
