My Open Letter to the CEO of ToysRUS

Hello sir, my name is Dorothy Bartomeo - Zeblin. I am a mom of 5 and a ToysRUS kid. Through my entire life (I was born in 85) I have always visited ToysRUS and the stores played a HUGE role in my life. As I grew up and had children of my own, the importance of the brand became much more evident. I want to thank the entire company - including all employees - for making the last 32 years of my life, and everyone else's life, a magical one. But for a moment, I thought "Maybe I can help?" and I've found numerous ways to do so. I was wondering if you'd be willing to hear me out. I've been interacting with communities around the world, but mainly within the USA right now, and you have no idea how many people are begging me to beg you to please not close every store. I can help both in store and online. If you are unable to keep stores open at all, not even 10 staple stores, I high suggest you keep your online presence. I will offer my help at no cost to you or the company as well, and I will secure my own funding if necessary, as this is how badly I want to keep these stores operational.
