Toyota sells hundreds of thousands of cars every year - many of which are these! So many people are driving their vehicles around without knowing of this annoying problem. Please, spread the word to people who you know with these vehicles, and tell them to spread it as well. It's an easy thing to do, but it might really help the petition.
As a reminder, generally, if you get this problem, you can call Toyota of America about it and they will either give you compensation or do the repair for free, but not without a bit of a fight and we shouldn't have to do this at all. We aren't asking for a recall for vehicles currently affected, we are simply asking for them to acknowledge the problem and offer free repairs for anyone who has a cam shaft tower seal leak, as well as to investigate the problem and remedy it in future vehicles so that new owners don't have to deal with it.
