Vote NO to the amendment of the Highway Traffic By-law that would see the Prohibition On Street Vending in Inuvik, NT
The Issue
It's important to let our elected council know that we the people support the choice of goods and services provided by street vendors, seasonal or otherwise. This may include sidewalk sales (midnight madness), clothing and textiles vendors, hot dog carts, fresh fruits vendors and more recently fast food trailers.
Your support is requested at this time to prevent council from enacting the proposed changes. To support Inuvik's street vendors, old and new, please sign this petition. You're also welcome to attend the Town Council meeting on Wednesday May 14, 2014.
