Just an Edit on the complaint stage

My suggestion is that there should be a minimum of 5 complaints with in a 2 week period of time from different residents that live in that particular area to warrant a visit from bylaw. I just added the word "different" in from of resident to clarify that it can't be that same person submitting the complaint 5 times Dave
