THE MAYOR HAS PROMISED TO HELP THE SURVIVORS BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO HELP FOR ACCOMODATION. THEY WILL BE HOMELESS WITHOUT HELP.

Despite promises from the Mayor of Tower Hamlets, Lutfur Rahman, he has not yet helped any of the survivors from the Shadwell fire to find any private accomodation.Tower Hamlets Council grossly failed the survivors of Maddocks House who were permitted to stay in an illegally occupied flat that had been reported to Tower Hamlets Council repeatedly, and local councillors knew about this property. The Mayor announced an enquiry which yet after a month has not been set up.

ON 24 APRIL 2023 THE SURVIVORS WILL NOW BE MADE HOMELESS DESPITE THE PROMISES OF THE MAYOR

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION AND ALSO WRITE DIRECTLY TO THE MAYOR OF TOWER HAMLETS LUTFUR RAHMAN TO URGE TO HELP THE SURVIVORS OF THE SHADWELL FIRE - THE MAYOR AND THE COUNCIL HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP THEM.
