I don't nomally post updates so close together but have had a few interesting responses to some of my tweets this morning. I have queried working alongside IAMRoadsmart and North Yorkshire Police to try and tell those road users that have killed innocents how their actions have affected those of us left behind. Again if I can stop 1 person from getting in a car drunk/drugged or using their mobile phone ever again I will have hopefully saved another family the heartache we feel. I know the process of getting tougher sentences is going to be a long journey and this seems to me a good way of maybe educating some of these road users. Maybe there is a way of teaching the learner drivers of today (will have to look into that) and catch them before they make mistakes that will cost someones life.
