First off I want to say I had a lovely weekend despite the rain & mud, and thank you all for your best wishes. My update today has both bad and good news. Firstly the bad, the people who were looking into getting the press involved have come back to advise that the press aren't interested. I am guessing this is due to the EU vote and the stay and leave campaigns. However when one door closes another one opens. I hope to be working with BRAKE shortly to help launch their Roads to Justice campaign which is calling for tougher penalties for drivers who kill. This will mean I will be able to tell Bob's story to local media and help raise awareness of deaths caused by drink and drug driving. Oh yes before I forget I had some thoughts on not just my story but the stories some of you have shared during this campaign, I am thinking maybe I could produce a small booklet with your memories. So that your loved ones that have gone to soon can be part of this campaign in some way. I would of course need your permission to do this. As I say it is just a thought at the moment, I will try to draft out how I envisage the booklet to be and let you know when I am done. Much love to all and many thanks for your support. Lorraine
