How do you think animal abusers get punished in the Philippines?
1. PHP 1000 – PHP 5000 (fine penalty)
2. 6 months – 2 years (imprisonment)

The aforesaid punishments seem easy to take advantage of. Some people might simply think they are pretty affordable; two years could also be just a blink of an eye, which might make them consider that it is no big deal to torture animals. Concerning the grounds of these circumstances, these are our primary reasons we want to facilitate this petition!
