Speed up the revolving restaurant at the top of the Harbour Centre by 500%
The Issue
Right now the Revolving Restaurant at the top of the Harbour Centre is rotating far too slow, and I think we should do something about it!
My proposal is a modest increase in its rotational speed, a mere 500%. Once the restaurant is spinning faster, everyone will agree it was a good decision.
