Nine News published this article last night, and as Tony Abbott still refuses to provide proof that he renounced his British Citizenship before being elected in 1994, the voices for him to do so grow ever louder. Liberal Jackie Kelly was disqualified in 1996 (after Abbott was elected) owing to her own foreign citizenship, and it happened again in 1998 with Senator Sue Hill. Both were forced to re-runs of their election. As we know common sense can be very uncommon, and it's quite possible Abbott has bypassed the checks and balances also. He needs to front up and open up. Please share this with your friends to help us get to 100,000 signatures - to keep the pressure on Tony Abbott until our collective voices become deafening and he can no longer ignore them.
