File a complaint with DEQ for odors or issues (litter, dirty/muddy roads, standing water, etc) you see/smell EVERY TIME you notice them at https://www.adeq.state.ar.us/complaints/forms/sw_complaint.aspx

Call city and state representatives and let them know this is an issue that you want resolved for the health and safety of all Northwest Arkansans!
