This is shameful and the officer absolutely should be fired... he ALLOWED someone to be harassed and physically threatened and did absolutely nothing to stop it which is a violation of his oath to "serve and protect". The officers deliberate unwillingness to protect the victim furthermore ENCOURAGED the man harassing them to repeatedly target these people because he was not being reprimanded. Officers of the law are sworn to protect and he literally did NOTHING to protect a woman being assaulted and pleading for his help.
