STOP Development of 6,400 Units at Ciba-Geigy!

STOP Development of 6,400 Units at Ciba-Geigy!

The Issue

Joe Coronato and Mo Hill Have a plan to develop 6,400 housing units on the Ciba-Geigy site. This would bring 25,000 new residents to Toms River and would be a disaster for taxes, our roads, and our schools. Mo Hill voted to change the Toms River Master Plan to include "Mixed-Use" at Ciba-Geigy, which means residential development. Councilman Dan Rodrick released emails that show Toms River Business Administrator Don Guardian communicated with Jack Morris, who is a developer of high-density housing units. Tell Joe Coronato and Mo Hill that you don't want this development to happen. Dan Rodrick is the only Mayoral candidate who will stop this development before it's too late!
