S. Magistrate Judge Joe Brown in Nashville, Tennessee, in the Seay v. Rowland against Sheriff Bucky Rowland. The case was brought charging the Sheriff with violating the First Amendment rights of CCABLAC animal welfare advocates and www.billygoboy.com website publication to take and publish videos of "Big Lick" Tennessee Walking Horses on the internet and social media. * CCABLAC has returned to Panama City Beach, Florida to appear before the City Council to speak for "The Horses" which cannot speak for themselves.
