In 2013 Epiphany Solar Water Systems launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the production of a heat powered coaster-shaped phone charger called Epiphany onE Puck. The campaign had 1,175 backers, I was one of them, and raised $132,739.00.

They never delivered. Two years since reaching way over their $100k goal and they have provided no updates, no product, and no refunds. Comments, emails, and phone calls from all the Kickstarter backers to ESWS have been ignored. Hundreds of comments on the Kickstarter page have also gone nowhere.

I find it hard to believe that a company nowadays can get away with keeping $132,739.00 from people who supported their project and go on with their business without taking any responsibility for their actions. I hope you will join me in supporting this petition and help me get this issue noticed.
