Some people will ask "What is Kamen Rider?", Kamen Rider is that next step after Power Rangers. It is that time where you ditch all those fancy tights and start dawning the heavy armour.

Kamen Rider ("Kamen" being Japanese for "Masked" thus "Masked Rider") is an ongoing tokusatsu franchise in Japan that is currently a national icon.

For so long, this franchise has been unknown to the people of America. All the way since 1971, this tv series has never had an official release within America, only small items such as toys and 1 movie.

I truly feel that today is the day for change. With this series, we can truly learn more about Japanese culture and media. Learn about their style of filmation and perhaps it will influence us in our very own works.

It is the perfect time to allow Kamen Rider, and maybe even other shows like it, to be available in America. It is no different than our Manga and Anime; and it shouldn't be treated any different than our own TV shows.
