They did it at Guanabanas (swapping town owned land for Modica owned land) and now they want to do it again! So remember the garage they wanted on Parkway? Well the flim flam is this. Now they say no parking garage it will be a surface lot. Get us off their back, right? So now we swap our front half of Love Street for the back half of Parkway so Modica can build the shopping mall on the Jupiter Inlet and the Parkway property will be the parking lot for Love Street. Team Modica has not provided enough parking on Love Street so the overflow will go to Parkway. only there is not enough parking there either. So have we will have no choice but to build the garage on Parkway. We will have to now because Love Street is built and Oh! My! there isn't enough parking!!
