The Modica Group has submitted their "new" plans for the Love Street Project. A discussion of some items of concern will be discussed at the April 13th 2016 CRA meeting. Again there is not enough parking and the swap is lopsided to Modica. We have proposed to buy back the Back half of Love Street and turn it into a park. We really need people to attend the meetings with us as the council believes us if a ton of people show up.
