The first Article that I am sending you is my demand for DNA evidence to be allowed in all cases in Orange County. Up until I went public on my struggle to allow DNA in cases, Orange County did not allow DNA in all criminal cases. My demand became a new law in Orange County cases. My goal has always been to have Clair exonerated.

After this recently, another Article was released by the Orange County Register. It was kind of a follow up of the earlier article.
This attorney Michael Mortenson has basically working with the Orange County DA’s office for years now testing some of the evidence for DNA. Both Mortenson and the DA’s office know that Clair’s DNA isn’t on anything since the case began. I was attending the court hearings at first because it seem worthless to take a year or so off Clair’s life doing testing that they know the results were going to be. I started a petition on Change.org : that has 172,756 supporters now:

My supporters started writing the court letters supporting the court to exonerate Kenneth Clair. The Judge got so mad at me getting Clair Supporters mail and being in the court room, that the judge declared me as a “Loose Canon” and wanted me out of her courtroom.
If you read the information in the last Register article, you will see that the court wants Clair to take some type of deal, or die incarcerated as an innocent man.
So I am here is Sacramento with my investigative report and I am going to the Governor's office to protest this… Here is a copy of my report that is going today to the Governor's office, the Grand Jury, and other congress offices that I am petitioning to.

So please pray for me…. I am here by myself because I couldn't find anyone to take this historic and necessary step with me for Kenneth Clair and the rest of the wrongful convicted in Orange County that are going to DIE before they get justice.
During Kenneth Clair’s 40 plus years he has lost his mother, his wife, his uncles who fought for him, and all his relatives and most of his friends. The only survivor has been his sister Johnnie Mae Stokes…
I HOPE THIS ACTION WILL SUCCEED BECAUSE CLAIR NEEDS A HABEAS FILING, OR SOMETHING TO GET A NEW TRIAL... OR SOMEONE WHO IS IN THE POSITION TO PARDON CLAIR WILL HAVE THE GUTS TO DO IT.
