Kenneth Clair was falsely imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit. The Orange County District Attorney office is holding him in custody when DNA results prove he did not commit the crime.
Kenneth Clair suffered a heart attack months ago and was transferred to the Stockton Facility. He has been in Orange County Superior Court ; CASE NO. C-57572 Honorable Sheila Hanson, Dept.: C35cc.
The DA's office knows that the DNA doesn't match Clair's. The DA wants Kenneth Clair to die in custody, knowing that the DNA doesn't match.
Now the court is trying to establish the person that did commit the crime. Kenneth Clair is being held in Prison because the Orange County District Attorney has never exonerated anyone. The DA office just basically stalls and prolongs their wrongfully convicted inmates until they die. I finally got the DA office to admit that the DNA did not match Clair and forced the DA to run DNA testing that came out to someone else. However, the DA's office will not let the Defense or anyone know whose DNA was found at the crime scene.
Orange County stands to lose $125.00 per day since Clair was falsely incarcerated. The DA office would rather see Kenneth Clair die before they exonerate him or pay him.
Kenneth Clair did not commit this crime. He should be paroled and receive a full Pardon immediately. I filed a Federal Complaint against the Orange County District Attorneys Office. The Complaint filing was 417194-PCD. I plan on filing other complaints and briefs against the District Attorney.
We can't allow this kind of injustice by an agency: Orange County District Attorney's office to go on. They need to be punished, and Kenneth Clair should be a free man. I will continue to complain to any agency, court, or agency.
Mr. Clair has lost his family, his wife, his mother, and most of his relatives and friends over the course of this wrongful act.

and present any factual materials. However, the DA has already admitted that they arrested the wrong individual or this wouldn't be in court now. Kenneth Clair should be out of custody while this trial is going on.
