SECOND UPDATE FOR SUPPORTERS WHO ARE STILL ENGAGED AND THOSE WHO HAVE JUST COME ABOARD:
On November 15, 1984, 5-year-old Jerrod Hessling witnessed the beating, rape, and stabbing death of his babysitter. When asked to describe the killer, he said, without hesitation, that it was a white man like the detective (Detective Buckles or Santa Ana PD) that interviewed him. Jarrod Hessling described the crime scene and the murder perfectly and even Detective Buckles was convinced that Jarrod had witness the crime by the detailed description he gave by the instruments used and the events that took place.
Yet somehow, the POLICE AND PROSECUTION in this case determined that Kenneth Clair, a dark-skinned African-American homeless man who had been squatting next door, was the killer. Jerrod Hessling, a white boy at the time claimed that a WHITE MAN, killed his babysitter, and had given exact details of the killing to Detective Buckles.
CJ Ford through his investigative efforts, discovered that the DNA did not belong to Kenneth Clair and had it published in the Orange County Register. The POLICE AND PROSECUTION admitted, after testing the evidence themselves, that Clair's DNA or finger prints were not on any evidence at the crime scene.
After being exposed by Ford, the DA claimed that Clair made a confession to the crime. Clair has never made a confession to the crime. The POLICE AND PROSECUTION took inserts from a tape that they had Kenneth's Clair's girlfriend PAULINE FLORES make and pieced it together as if Clair was confessing. So Instead of exonerating Kenneth Clair knowing that the “DNA” that was found and tested at the Crime Scene didn’t belong to MR. CLAIR……. they developed new strategies to keep him incarcerated. Here is there strategy:
The DA’s office is patiently waiting for Mr. Clair to die at in Prison in California without ever seeing a new trial or any exoneration. The DA’s office almost got their wish when Kenneth Clair suffered a mild heart attack on October 3, 2022.
WE NEED TO GET KENNETH OUT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE DA’S OFFICE NEW STRATEGY PAYS OFF…. THE DA and the County of Orange will owe Kenneth Clair $120.00 DOLLARS PER DAY FOR FALSELY PUTTING HIM IN PRISON SINCE 1986 that they do not want to pay.
We have developed a couple of strategies ourselves to get Mr. Clair out of Prison. First of all we need to get the petition signing from 170,600 or so, over 200,000 people. PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION.

Please sign my petition: Obviously the Orange County District Attorneys office, with their current district attorney Todd Spitzer will continue withholding exculpatory evidence from the public because they know Clair is innocent and they also know who the DNA actually belongs to.
