There has been some time between the February 19th hearing and now. Mr. Clair has been able to talk to many visitors, and what was suppose to happen to him on February 19, and what did happen to him on February 19th, is now very clear. After reading updates on his case, and your comments, Mr. Clair is taking a much more informed posture, and is becoming more aware of his immediate situation. So this is good news, not bad news. Mr. Clair had not seen or talked to his counsel for years until the February 19 hearing. I told you that we are now in the organization and education process of this case.
